Seville:

  • Convento de San Leandro – you come to restore your soul; you come to pastry shop like its 1278! You come for the yemas de San Leandro, rich, creamy nuggets, a simple mixture of sugar, lemon juice, and egg yolks. When you enter the foyer, you’ll notice a revolving tray embedded in a wooden door. Look to the price list, then place the appropriate amount of money on the tray and rotate it behind the wall. A few moments later, a box of wrapped yemas will appear in its place.
