DIRECTIONS: YES, you SHOULD USE AI programs to complete this assignment. You may use the library (and the help of Mr. Seese), if you need access to AI programs that generate images. STA gives your access to AdobeFirefly which will allow you to create images.
You can tell a true war story by the QUESTIONS you ask.
This assignment is designed to introduce you to the benefits of AI as a tool for asking questions.
You were assigned a character from the Iliad (you spun for it in class).
1] Go to ChatGBT (or any other AI program) and generate TWO meaningful questions concerning your selected character’s behavior in the Iliad. Write those questions EXACTLY as they are generated. You may have to go through a few rounds of ‘asking’ for a refinement of the question to get to something ‘meaningful’.
2] Ask the AI program what specific quotations from the Iliad best relate to these questions. Write down TWO of the quotations it gives. (One quotation for each question, with the citation)
3] In a few of sentences, explain why you consider these to be MEANINGFUL questions.
4] Create an image of your character in a specific scene where one of the above quotations appears. You should be able to print the image AND add the quotation that pertains to it. [You can go to Adobe EXPRESS or Abode FireFly — which we have on the school computer — to generate the image. Again, you have to play with it a bit to get a type of image that you like. There are lots of options!]
